Registering with Eventbrite is pretty straightforward. Just as when you registered on paper, each attendee must have their own “ticket”. If you’d like to pay by check or at the door, that is a possibility. Just watch this video for instructions on how to do “Pay Offline”.

The cancellation policy has also been revised and cleared up for Winterfest. Cancellations made before 10 days prior to the event can receive a full refund. All cancellations after that point will receive no refund. If they have elected to pay later, they will still be required to pay in full or they will not be allowed to attend further events, and their chapter may be held responsible for their cancellation.
