Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Absolutely!

Can I update my registration information?

Please do! We would like to have the most accurate information about this event so that we can improve it in the future!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We would prefer that you bring either a printed ticket, or a digital version of the ticket (on a smartphone or tablet). This will allow us to ensure that the line moves quickly. Should you lose your ticket, we can check you in manually, but it may take a little longer.

What is the refund policy?

We understand, “life happens”. If you purchased a ticket but cannot attend, we would be happy to offer a refund (less any fees) up to 24 hours in advance. Fees automatically taken out by EventBrite may not be refundable. You can also feel free to give your ticket to a friend or relative, just be sure not to scalp them!

If the event is cancelled completely, we would be happy to refund everyone’s ticket price (less any fees). Again, fees automatically deducted by EventBrite may not be refundable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

We would prefer that the ticket matches your name. The most accurate information will allow us to increase the effectiveness of the event in the future. With that said, we will not turn anyone away at the front door who presents a valid ticket. Should the event arise that someone else presents us a copy of your ticket, however, you may be responsible for purchasing another ticket.
