Please pass this important information on to all of the Advisors in your Chapter, and ISC Members that you communicate with.
Pursuant to changes in the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations enacted at the 2018 DeMolay Supreme Council Session in Alexandria, Virginia, due dates for items to be filed with DeMolay International have been changed.
All Chapter Annual Reports, continuing Advisor registrations, and Certificates of Change/no Change for all Chapter Advisors are due to the Executive Officer by November 15th of each year.
This replaces the date of December 31st of each year previously listed in the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations.
Therefore, I will require the following to be in my hands no later than Thursday, November 15th of each year.
- All Chapter Annual Reports
- All Chapter continuing Advisor registrations
- All Certificates of Change/No Change for Advisors
The DeMolay web site “eScribe” is now open to complete the above
NOTE:
Class 1 members (Active Members of ISC), Class 3 members (Deputy members of ISC) and Class 2 members (Emeritus members of ISC) will also submit a continuing registration form, Certificate of Change/no Change.
Annual dues for all Class 1 members (Active Members of ISC) and Class 3 members (Deputy members of ISC) must be be submitted to the Grand Secretary of ISC by November 30th of each year.
