A note from our Executive Officer:

When completing your 2018 Advisor Recertification forms you must “click” on the Red highlighted area that says click here to open the Validity site and create a profile for Validity.  Validity is the company that DeMolay International uses to complete background checks.  You need a profile with them so that they can process a background check for you.  This does not mean that you are being re-checked this year but will allow the random checks that DI does each year.

Therefore, all those that have already completed their 2018 ACR’s, please go back to your application and “click” on the Red highlighted area and create the file.  I thank all of you who have already filed their 2018 ACR’s, but I just learned they wanted this done this last weekend at the Region IV meeting.  It would have been better if they had put something out before allowing the form to go “live”, but they did not.  Once you have created the file with Validity, I will approve all the forms for payment and processing.
